Sail for 3 hours in a kayak guided by a qualified instructor to discover Castelsardo, one of the most spectacular natural scenery in Sardinia .
The excursion consists of a mini-kayaking course , designed for your first time with a paddle in hand. Together we will paddle towards the main naturalistic attractions of the area: of which you will discover its medieval history
You will then return to the meeting point, but only to dive into this irresistible sea again!
What we will do
I will wait for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Castelsardo . After the introductions, I will explain how to use a kayak and paddle correctly before entering the water. After all, this is a mini-kayaking course : an excellent opportunity for a first paddle in the splendid Sardinian sea!
The trick to tackling a hike safely is to ideally divide the technical-athletic resources into thirds: one third for the first half of the hike; one for the second half or return; one for emergencies. An excursion is never done alone. The activities require equipment and clothing suitable for the type of route undertaken.

Who is it aimed at?
The activity is suitable for everyone aged 14 and over.
No previous experience is required to participate.
